Seyta Seltzer the owner of Duchess Clothier is featured in the current issue of Portland Bride and Groom magazine. She talks about what makes her work unique and what grooms should know before coming into meet her. Duchess makes amazing custom suits. Ones your man will want to wear again and again. What’s so nice about a hand made suit is that it will truly fit. The sleeves won’t be too long or short, the coat won’t be baggy and the pants won’t be too short!
Here’s a few tips that Seyta gave.
Question: What advice do you have for a groom on a budget?
“Go for something classic that you’ll be able to wear again and again. The good news is that few things are as versatile as a simple men’s suit.”
Question: What should a groom understand about what you do?
“The most important thing is that we have enough time; our suite take a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks.”
