This is a short and quick post. It’s a reminder to be sure to review the vendor’s website to see if they have pricing and package information listed on it. Look it over and make sure they fit into your budget before contacting them. This may seem obvious but I hear it all the time from vendors about a bride contacting them. A good example would be you have budgeted $2000 for wedding photography and you contact a photographer who starts at $3500. This is too big of a price difference. If the difference is closer to $500 then it may be worth asking the vendor if they can customize a package for you.
Remember your wedding date is also a factor if you can negotiate or not. Why? Because if you are getting married on a Saturday in August there is a line of brides behind you who are as well.
